Gerontologist

The Gerontologist provides expert advice on managing chronic conditions, preventing complications, and promoting healthy ageing.
They also work closely with families to offer guidance on caregiving strategies, support services, and resources available for elder care.
In addition to direct care responsibilities, the Gerontologist is involved in evaluating and improving care practices within the facility.
They analyse data on resident outcomes, identify trends, and implement evidence-based practices to enhance care quality. They also contribute to staff training and development, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality care to elderly residents.
