Occupational Therapists work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, doctors, and physiotherapists, to integrate occupational therapy goals into comprehensive care plans. They provide training and support to residents, families, and staff on effective techniques and strategies.
Occupational Therapists continuously assess the effectiveness of therapy interventions, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Track progress and adjust treatment plans based on residents’ evolving needs.

Assessment
