Registered Nurse

They also provide wound care, manage pain, and support residents with mobility and daily living activities.
In addition to clinical duties, the Registered Nurse is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and participating in care team meetings to discuss residents’ progress and plan future care.
They also play a key role in educating residents and their families about health management and care procedures, offering guidance and support to help them make informed decisions.
Effective communication, strong clinical skills, and a compassionate approach are essential for this role. The Registered Nurse must have a valid nursing licence and relevant qualifications in nursing.
